PTFE Lined Chemical Reactor is heavy-duty carbon steel pressure vessel with seamless integral PTFE lining, specially designed for continuous mass chemical synthesis, inorganic salt compounding and waste acid neutralization. Different from pharmaceutical dedicated reactors that focus on high purity, this model prioritizes long-cycle 24h uninterrupted industrial operation and strong tolerance for complex mixed corrosive media. The 4–5mm thick fluorine lining effectively avoids bubbling or peeling under long-term mixed solvent erosion. Available specifications cover lab 50L up to 50000L industrial grade, working temperature -180℃~260℃, design pressure 0–1.6MPa.
