PTFE Lined Chemical Reaction Tank is a large-volume fluorine-lined pressure vessel with Q345R carbon steel as the outer bearing shell and seamless sodium-activated PTFE as the inner anti-corrosion barrier. It has two optional installation forms: vertical ground type and horizontal saddle type. Its core positioning is pre-reaction and mixing of high-flow industrial chemical raw materials, not small-batch fine synthesis. The 3–5mm adjustable thick lining can adapt frequent switching of acidic and alkaline media, working temperature -180℃ ~ 260℃, design pressure 0–1.0MPa, and is suitable for long-cycle uninterrupted industrial production.
