PTFE Lined Industrial Separation Column System is a full-set turn-key separation unit, distinctly different from single independent distillation or rectification column. A single tower body only completes internal mass-transfer; while this integrated system integrates core separation tower, reboiler heating unit, overhead condenser, reflux buffer receiver and full set anti-corrosion pipe-valve fittings into one coherent process loop. All wetted components adopt seamless PTFE lining to cope with hot corrosive vapor and condensate. Modular skid-mounted design shortens site installation workload, avoiding mismatch risks caused by purchasing scattered separate equipment. Widely supplied for overseas chemical parks for corrosive solvent fractionation, waste solvent regeneration and fluorine-containing mixture purification projects.
PTFE Lined Industrial Separation Column System is a modular integrated turn-key separation assembly for corrosive chemical mixture fractionation. The whole system consists of multiple PTFE-lined process units: main separation column, PTFE-lined reboiler, overhead condenser, reflux receiver, lined control valves, tees and conveying pipelines. The main column completes vapor-liquid counter-current mass-transfer; reboiler generates rising corrosive vapor; overhead condenser cools vapor into condensate; reflux receiver buffers distillate and realizes reflux circulation. All inner surfaces touching corrosive vapor or liquid are fully covered by vacuum-laminated PTFE lining. It adopts unified HG20536 anti-corrosion flanges inside the skid, realizing closed continuous separation workflow, no need customers to source scattered separate equipment. It can operate under atmospheric or moderate vacuum for multi-component corrosive-medium separation.

2. Each component inner-wall Sa2.5-grade heavy sandblasting treatment, improve adhesive strength for PTFE sheet.
3. Sodium-activation raw-material treatment; vacuum seamless PTFE lamination for every wetted unit inside 10 000-grade clean workshop; double PFA hot-melt welding on all nozzle and flange transition corners.
4. Install tower internals for main separation column; assemble matching lined valves, elbows and tees for inter-unit connecting pipelines.
5. Pre-assembly on factory skid frame; mechanical alignment for reboiler-condenser-receiver loop.
6. Multi-level inspection: Unit-by-unit 10KV spark scanning; individual hydraulic pressure holding test; complete-system closed circulation simulation test to verify whole-loop tightness.
7. System disassembly (for oversized split-module type); clean inner cavity of each component; seal all flanges with dedicated PTFE protective caps; adopt reinforced steel-frame packaging for sea-land mixed-transport shipment.
